Hey! I’m Marina

The thought of staying out until 1 am partying with loud noise is truly horrifying. Unfortunately for me, this is how the Spouse gets his energy. The older I get though, the better I can say “absolutely not, but you go have fun”.

Truthfully, I’m not a full Introvert. I would say I’m an Ambivert. But growing up, this was my life:

Age 5 – 9: “Oh she’s just being shy”⁠⁠
Age 10 – 12: “Oh she’s just being weird”⁠⁠
Age 13 – 18: “Oh she’s just being a snob”⁠⁠
Age 19 – 30: “Oh she’s just being anti-social”⁠⁠
Age 30 – Yesterday: “Oh, she’s just being Marina”⁠⁠

Whereas once I thought something was legitimately wrong with me because I didn’t fit the “norm” (what is normal anyway?), I can confidently say that I am finally comfortable with being who I really am. ⁠It only took a few decades.

Nothing makes me more happier than a blanket, a couch, my iPad, drawing, Netflix, and of course, a cup of tea … and so here we are, welcome to The Introvert Gifts, an outlet where I can design the most sarcastic products that allows you to say how you really feel without actually saying how you really feel.⁠⁠
